We hit the go-live button early that morning, and I’d been up since 5:30am, double-checking every final piece.

In moments like that, tired but focused - I’m reminded of what this role really demands.

Not just organisation.

Not just delivery.

What we delivered:

• Alignment with their new brand identity
• A strong foundation for continuous improvements

And we delivered it on time, in partnership with their internal teams — all within tight timelines.

More importantly, this wasn’t a one-and-done. We’ve opened a pipeline of meaningful work that will continue well into 2026.

Even if they don’t always say it.
