And now… back into the rhythm This week, I officially closed out phase one of our Irwin Mitchell project and started onboarding a new client. New contract. New scope. New team. New pressures. But before I rushed ahead, I had to pause. Because here’s the truth: It’s easy to launch. It’s harder to look back and really learn. Why I Always Build in a Wrap-Up I scheduled a proper phase wrap-up. Everyone involved was invited, both client and internal teams. We went round the room and talked openly:
No pressure. Just honesty. That short session gave me so much to take forward, not just into phase two of this project, but into the brand new project I’m starting now. Reflection Isn’t Fluff. It’s fuel. You don’t need a big post-mortem. But you do need a moment to pause and ask:
This is where growth happens. Not just delivery. Development. And as you take on more, especially across multiple projects, it becomes even more critical to learn out loud, and then apply that learning fast. Last Week for Me Looked Like
