131 πŸš€ The 90-Day Build Challenge Starts Monday

Hey Reader,

Four weeks ago I told you the time is there if you look for it.

Two weeks ago I told you AI removes the excuse that you need someone else's skill first.

This week, the only thing left is the start date.

So here it is.

The 90-Day Build Challenge starts Monday, 10th August.

One rule: ship something publicly, however rough, by day 90.

Not a business. Not a launch.

A real thing that exists in the world on day 90 that didn't exist on day 1.

Here's what's different about how we're running this.

I'm not just giving you a deadline and wishing you luck.

I'm giving you a week-by-week path, so if you've never shipped anything outside your job before, you're not guessing what to do next.

Here’s the plan:

Week 1: Pick your AI tool. Claude, ChatGPT, whatever you're most drawn to. You don't need to evaluate all of them. Pick one and commit.

Week 2: Brainstorm and choose your idea. One thing, not five.

Week 3: Pick your build method. This isn't about learning a tech stack. Most of what you'll build can happen inside a chat window, using the kind of AI-generated app or page you get from a single conversation. That's genuinely enough.

Week 4 (31st Aug): Build a rough mockup and share it with one person. This is also the week I'm running the pilot drop-in call - live and optional, so if you want company while you're building this one, that's where it'll be.

Week 5: Take the feedback you got and actually use it.

Weeks 6 to 8: Build the real first version. This is the longest stretch, and it's meant to be. Most people underestimate how long the middle takes. Budget for it.

Week 9: Share your progress publicly for the first time. Not finished. Just visible.

Weeks 10 to 11: Refine based on what that public sharing surfaces.

Week 12: Final polish.

Week 13: Ship it publicly. Reply and tell me what you built.

That's the whole arc. No week is a mystery, and no week asks you to already know something you don't.

Where this lives:

The community on Skool is home base. Post what you're building, get stuck out loud, see that other people are in the same messy week you are.

Week 4's drop-in call is a one-off pilot. 30 to 60 minutes, live. I'll confirm the exact day and time closer to the date in the community, but pencil in the week of 24th August.

What to do right now:

Reply to this email with the one thing you're going to build, or just "I'm in" if you haven't decided yet.

Writing it down and sending it to someone is the closest you can get to a real deadline without a client attached.

Then join the community if you haven't.

Monday is week 1.

See you there.
