Hey Reader,

It’s week 3, you've got your tool, you've got your idea. This week is about deciding how you'll actually put the two together, and I want to be clear about what this isn't.

This isn't a tech stack conversation.

You don't need to choose a framework, a database, or a hosting provider.

If any of those words made your stomach drop a little, good news, none of them are required for what you're building within these 90 days.

Here's the method most people in this challenge will actually use: the same one I used for the World Cup app.

Build it inside a chat conversation, using whatever your AI tool generates as an artifact, a document, a small interactive page, a simple tool you can see and use immediately in the same window you're chatting in.

That's genuinely enough for a first project.

You describe what you want. The tool builds a working version.

You look at it, say what's wrong or missing, and it adjusts.

Repeat until it does the thing you set out to do.

No installs. No terminal. No accounts beyond the AI tool you already picked in week 1.

If you're on a free tier and hit a limit mid-session, that's fine.

Save what you've got, come back later, pick up where you left off.

This is exactly why the challenge is 90 days and not 90 minutes.

A few prompts to get your first build session moving:

"Here's my idea: [describe it in a sentence]. Can you build me a simple working version I can look at and test?"

"This is close, but [specific thing] isn't working the way I want. Can you fix that part?"

"What would make this feel more finished without adding a lot of complexity?"

You don't need the perfect prompt. You need to start the back-and-forth and let it shape itself as you go.

What "done" looks like for week 3:

You've opened a chat, described your idea, and gotten back a first rough version, however broken or incomplete. Not working perfectly. Just existing.

Post a screenshot in the community, or reply to this email, even if it's ugly.

Especially if it's ugly.

Week 4 is sharing it with one other person for real feedback, and that's also the week of the live drop-in call. Details on timing coming very soon.
