Hey Reader,

If you've got a rough version sitting in a chat window from last week, this is the week it stops being private.

The task: share your build with one real person.

Not the community feed, an actual individual, a friend, a partner, a colleague, anyone who'll look at it and tell you something honest.

Send them the link or a screenshot and ask one direct question: "I’ve built [explain what it is and what it’s supposed to do], what's confusing, and what would you actually want this to do?"

Not "what do you think," that invites politeness. Ask something specific enough that they can't just say "looks great."

This is the moment a lot of people quietly skip, because showing an unfinished thing to someone feels riskier than building it in private forever.

It isn't. Nobody remembers the rough version.

They remember whether the thing eventually worked.

Bring whatever you're building, whatever you're stuck on, or just come build alongside everyone else with your camera off. There's no agenda beyond that.

If you've got a mockup and a piece of feedback you don't know what to do with, that's exactly the kind of thing worth bringing.

What "done" looks like for week 4:

You've shown your build to one person and asked a real question. That's it.

You don't need their feedback implemented yet, that's next week.

If you can make Sunday, show up.

If you can't, the community thread afterward will have what came out of it.

Week 5 is turning that feedback into something better.
